Born and raised in Corbin, KY, Aaron graduated from Corbin High School and attended college at the University of Kentucky. Aaron received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky with a major in Finance and minor in Economics December of 2000.

Aaron attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he obtained his J.D. and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 2007.

Aaron served as an elected official on the City Council of Elsmere, KY for one term, but declined to run for re-election when he and his family moved to Union, KY at the end of his first time. During his time on Council, Aaron also served as the Elsmere Representative on the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Council of Regional Governments.

Aaron has four years of practice with Bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Kentucky and in 2011, opened the Huff Law Office in Florence, KY upon leaving a Northern Kentucky firm that dealt with a high-volume bankruptcy practice. Aaron's office is located at 7536 US Highway 42 in Florence, KY. He represents clients in the Covington Division, Lexington Division and London Division. Aaron also has a meeting room in Corbin, KY for clients with cases in the London Division.

Aaron has served as representative of attorneys in the Ashland Division for the Eastern District of Kentucky on a Committee with the Chapter 13 Trustee to examine procedures regarding fees for attorneys practicing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Aaron has an extensive experience with bankruptcy practice, having represented hundreds of clients throughout the Eastern District of Kentucky.
