(Masters of Law) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, where he currently serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the university’s Real Property Development Alumni Association. Mr. Roth obtained his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo, and his Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from the State University of New York at Albany.
