Biography:

Jon G. Brooks founded his San Jose Bankruptcy law firm in 2004 after leaving a Peninsula firm. We represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. We only represent debtors in bankruptcy, never creditors. We are guided by our desire to help honest people regain control of their financial lives and to level the field against bullies and bill collectors. Mr. Brooks speaks Spanish fluently and is proud to have served scores of Spanish speaking client.
