Dean is a graduate of Centre College and the University of Kentucky College of Law who enjoys riding his bicycle, running half marathons and participating in duathlons when he's not practicing law. Dean previously worked as a sole practitioner handling consumer bankruptcy cases, and in a mid-size firm handling creditor's rights issues. Since 2004, he has focused his practice on small to medium-sized businesses in distress, negotiating workouts, wind-downs and Chapter 11 cases, along with more complicated individual bankruptcies. Dean has substantial training and experience as a mediator, and he uses those skills daily to help his clients achieve their goals.
