Donna R. Joseph has been in private practice since 1990. Her primary areas of practice include representation of Debtors in Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy and Chapter 13 reorganization bankruptcy in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Donna is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. In addition, Ms. Joseph is a member of the Dade County Bar Association. Ms. Joseph also handles probate cases in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Community Involvement - Ms. Joseph currently volunteers as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a facilitator for elementary school groups with the Children’s Bereavement Center.
