M. Erik Clark is the managing partner of Borowitz & Clark, LLP a leading consumer bankruptcy law firm with offices in West Covina, Ontario, Palmdale, Norwalk, and Torrance. Practicing for over 15 years, Mr. Clark is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification (ABC) and has successfully represented thousands of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Mr. Clark has recently served as President of the National Consumer Bankruptcy Litigation Center (NCBLC) and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College (ACBC) and is a Charter Member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA). Mr. Clark has been a regular panelist at the NACTT, NCBJ and NACBA conventions.
