Kirk Myers graduated from Southwest Missouri State in 1987 with a B.S. in Communications. He got his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1990 and received a master in law from Tulane University in 1991. Kirk is the firm`s litigator and has argued many of the nation`s leading bankruptcy cases, such as In Re Stewart, In Re Fitch, and In Re McKain.
