Mr. McGuire is an Arizona attorney providing bankruptcy and debtor/creditor services to people and businesses throughout Arizona. Mr. McGuire is certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Bankruptcy.
Mr. McGuire has over 17 years of bankruptcy experience and has personally handled more than 1,000 bankruptcy cases. In addition to operating his law offices, Mr. McGuire is a lecturer of business law at Northern Arizona University. Mr. McGuire is a former member of the bankruptcy advisory commission of the Arizona State Bar Association.
