Mr. Haeger has very impressive academic credentials, having received his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of California at Berkeley in 1980, where he was also honored by his election to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Haeger received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1983, where he was honored as the recipient of the Prentice-Hall Student Award in Taxation and the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitution Law in his first year of law school, and, upon his graduation, he received the U.S. Law Week Award and he was elected to membership in the McAuliffe Honor Society.
