Denver attorney Tara Gaschler's practice focuses exclusively on representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy litigation and appeals. Ms. Gaschler is also active in educating other attorneys on a variety of bankruptcy-related topics, speaking at 10 seminars over the past year, including 6 full-day sessions she organized and presented. A two-time graduate of O. Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Bootcamp, Tara challenges abusive mortgage servicing practices, especially in Chapter 13 cases.

Ms. Gaschler is a graduate of Colorado State University and University of Colorado Law School. She was also a Hansard Scholar at the London School of Economics.
